产品信息

FIRST,

NdFeB powerful magnet composition: Nd: 32%. Fe: 66%. B: 1%.

Other rare gold elements 1%.

Br:11000-14500 Gs, Hcj: 11000-30000 Oe, Bhmax: 35-50MGOe

(much higher magnetic properties than bonded magnets)

Sintered NdFeB magnets, also known as "permanent magnets", have

excellent magnetic properties and are widely used in electronics,

electrical machinery, medical equipment, toys, packaging, hardware

machinery, aerospace and other fields.  The more common ones are

permanent magnet motors, speakers , magnetic separator, computer

disk drive, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging equipment

instrumentation, etc.

SECOND,

Coating Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, silver, gold, epoxy, Parylene, etc.

THIRD,

It has high corrosion resistance after coating, salt spray test:

24 hours to 72 hours

FOURTH,

The characteristics of NdFeB powerful magnets: small size, light weight and

strong magnetism.

It is a magnet with relatively high performance and price. In the state of bare

magnets, the magnetic force can reach about 3500 Gauss.

FIFTH,

The production process of NdFeB strong magnets:

raw material batching→smelting→crushing and molding→isostatic pressing

→sintering→machining→Coating→magnetization & packaging.

SIXTH,

The life of NdFeB powerful magnets:

In a normal working environment, NdFeB powerful magnets will not be

demagnetized and are permanent magnets, and will only demagnetize

when they are rusted or the working temperature exceeds the working

temperature limit of NdFeB magnets.

Special attention: In general, it can only be used in an environment

below 80 ℃. If the temperature exceeds this temperature, different

high-temperature resistant materials should be selected.
