Nd: 25%. Fe: 70%. B: 1%. Epoxy: 2.5%.
Other rare gold elements 1.5%.

Features of Compression Bonded NdFeB Magnets:
Compared with injection-molded bonded NdFeB, it has much higher
magnetic properties and higher corrosion resistance
Compared with sintered NdFeB, it has a more flexible magnetization
method; precise size, free shape, uniform magnetism, easy mass
production and good consistency.
THIRD,
Application of molded bonded NdFeB magnets: on various micro motors,
such as spindle motors, stepper motors, synchronous motors, DC motors,
brushless DC motors, and magnetic suction nozzles for hair dryers.
FOURTH,
It can partially replace sintered NdFeB magnets and ferrite magnets,
making the motor assembly process easier, more reliable, lower cost
and more efficient.
SIXTH,
The life of NdFeB powerful magnets:
In a normal working environment, NdFeB powerful magnets will not be
demagnetized and are permanent magnets, and will only demagnetize
when they are rusted or the working temperature exceeds the working
temperature limit of NdFeB magnets.
Special attention: In general, it can only be used in an environment
below 80 ℃. If the temperature exceeds this temperature, different
high-temperature resistant materials should be selected.
