The picture on the left is metal magnetic pushpin, which is composed of a stainless steel wrap magnet. Generally used to describe the performance of magnetic thumbtacks: 13 sheets of 80g A4 paper can be pressed on the firewall (the lowest grade the product).  Other grades can be customized according to your requirements. The suction power can be increased and decreased by changing the size of the product or the grade of the magnet. In order to reduce the probability of the product rusting, a layer of nickel is plated on the surface of the product.

The product in the picture on the right is magnetic coupling, which is assembled by an outer rotor, an inner rotor, and a spacer sleeve (conventional combination). The important information is: torque of the supporting motor, whether the motor is equipped with a reducer, the size of the coupling, and the working environment of the coupling. Knowing the above information, we can design the coupling for the customer and provide the drawings for the customer to confirm, and then start production after confirming that there is no problem. Or customers can send us the drawings of the coupling directly, which is the best.

The product pictured on the left is magnetic rotor, which is assembled from a ring magnet and a axis (stainless steel) (which are glued together with Loctite). The important information is: the size, material, coating, magnetization method of the magnet, as well as the size, material, surface treatment (adding knurling) of the shaft. The most important thing is to send the drawings to us, our engineers will evaluate the product, and then design the optimal solution to the customer, and the customer will start production after confirming that there is no problem.

The product on the left is colored plastic magnetic pushpin, which is different from a metal magnetic pushpin in that it is wrapped in plastic and can be in multiple colors (pink, purple, yellow, orange, blue, green, transparent). Both products are described in the same way: 13 sheets of 80g A4 paper can be pressed against the firewall (the lowest grade product). For the same performance, plastic magnetic pins will be cheaper than metal magnetic pins.With the same suction, plastic magnetic pins will be cheaper than metal magnetic pins.
