一、 Magnetic capacity measurement1. 1. Magnetic capacity measurement

a)    Magnetic Properties: Br, Hcb, Hcj,(BH)max, Hk, Ms,μrec, Hk/ Hcj etc.

b)    The test instrument used is the Hysteresisgraph tester.

c)    Hcj value between 50 and 20,000 Oe can be measured.

2. Magnetic Properties at high and low temperatures

(-40 to 250 ºC): Properties tested at any temperature as above within the specified range.

3. Reversible Temperature Coefficients

Measured and calculated for any range desired within the specified temperature ranges.

4. Magnetic field waveform distribution

Linear, Planar and Rotary. Data and graphic output can be provided for magnets up to approximately 0.03 cu.metre

5. Fluxmeter measurements

Magnetic dipole moment, total magnetic field output and error angle measurements. Several measurement systems are available with the Helmholtz coil; highly flexible manually operated systems and automated systems.

6. Gauss measurements

Single measurements at specified locations or measurements using C-fixtures, yokes or of customer-specified design.

二、 Physical and Corrosion resistance Test capacity1. Salt Spray

This is a characteristics test performed to ASTM B-117. Results are usually expressed as "time-to-failure." Photographs tested can also be provided.

2. High-temperature & high-humidity measurement

Test conditions are typically set between 80 and 95 ºC and between 90 and 100% RH. The most common setting is 90 ºC and 95% RH. This is usually a characteristics test.

3. Autoclave, Un-coated magnets

Often called the PCT test, it is a weight-loss test performed at 2 atmospheres、150ºCand 100% RH. The duration is 96 hours, but can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

4. Autoclave, Coated magnets

This is a characteristics test looking for lack of failure at specified test duration. Test conditions can be selected ranging from two atmospheres, 100% RH to HAST test conditions.

5. Physical Strength

Our Crushing strength tester can be configured for tensile (pull), 3-point bend or for peel testing.
